Even though almost anyone can get a driver’s license, there are people who definitely shouldn’t. Those types don’t care about the traffic rules and are not worried about their own lives as well as about others’ on the roads. Sometimes they get caught on camera by other drivers to demonstrate everyone how not to behave on the roads, in parking lots and other places.
