Not everyone knows but every hotel has two sets of “stars”: the first one is classic — refers to the quality of service and living conditions, but the second is opposite — it is about the failures. The more insolent failures can be detected in hotel rooms and in the building itself, the more stars of this kind are there.
Well, actually we made up the second classification, but still we’ll show you a few examples of the luxury hotels’ failures that deserve to get all 5 failure stars.
