My husband just made my day by being brave enough to wake me up early to workout before work and get back into my routine!
I used to workout pretty regularly in the early mornings…but for the past few years I’ve waxed and wained, finding it easier and more enjoyable just to sleep in, promising myself I would work-out on my lunch hour or after I got off of work. Well, that just wasn’t sticking. So I asked my loving hubby to start waking me up when he got up to get ready for work (he usually goes straight to the other side of the house instead of using our bathroom). He was a little unsure because I’m not a morning person any more, but he did just as I asked and I’m so very grateful…I know I will be back in shape in no time at all.
